I was able to purchase the Altima and trade in my Corolla yesterday. Thank
you for your input in that situation. They got the car inspected for me
before I signed. The owner had incorrectly thought I was an out-of-state
buyer because he knew I was coming in from 4 hours away. That’s why he
didn’t already have it inspected. He was pretty frustrated that he had
thought/been told that because it delayed the process about an hour or
more, but it all got taken care of.

Steve, this note is overdue, but better late than never! Roberta and I
have brought you our Buick and Honda cars numerous times the past few
years, for everything from a simple oil change to brake repair to
replacing instrument modules and fixing heater and air conditioner
problems. Every time the work has been first-rate and the prices more than
reasonable. You have “gone the extra mile,” and you and your co-workers
have always been friendly and helpful. I can’t imagine a better place to
buy a car or to have one serviced. Keep up the good work, and please don’t
change!

Dear David,
Just a quick thank you for the following reasons:
1. You sold me an extended warranty on the power train up
to 100,000 miles when I bought a slightly used truck from you in 2001.
2. When I recently had an expensive transmission problem
on this truck at 76,000 miles and could not find the paper work for the
extended warranty I called you and one of your employees climbed into your
attic and retrieved the information for me and called me back quickly.
3. Once I had the company name and policy number and
contacted the company (Auto Services) I got quick service and the
transmission shop issued me a one year or 12,000 mile warranty on their
work as required by Auto Services. The total out of pocket for me was
$50.00 for towing and $72.00 for gaskets and fluid. Total savings to me of
over $1,100.00.
You really helped bail me out on this one. Thanks Again.

I told you my son had been out looking at your car lot and had stopped by
and looked at vehicles several times. Finally, he bought! It is amazing he
quit looking at any other car lot after stopping by and talking with your
salesmen. I don't know if he ever got to meet you, but I told him what a
great guy I thought you were. He was very impressed with the quality of
the cars you had to offer and with the salesmen being up front about
everything and how much infomation they offered on any vehicle he was
interested in. Like I said, he had been by several times and I thought
sure he was going to go for the "Montana"??? he had seen, but today he
signed papers on a really nice 2004 Taurus.

This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car. Mark went
the extra mile to meet our needs and our budget. Everybody was kind and
treated us like their "1" customer even though finances are tight and both
of us are still in college. I hope someday after my Baylor education kicks

I just wanted to thank you and the fine folks at Woodway Car Center.
You've always "steered" me in the right direction (I'm sorry that was a
bad one). I'ts hard to believe that I'm currently driving my fifth Woodway
Car Center vehicle. It all started back in 1993 when I bought that silver
Chevy stepside PU. I think that truck is what probably caught that girl's
eye first, not me. After I married her, I bought her a Honda Accord...at
Woodway Car Center (I just sold that Honda with 180k miles on it...I kept
the girl). We bought another Chevy truck pre-kiddos, and then the Ford
Explorer, once the kiddos arrived. We've hung on to the Explorer and now
have added a Pontiac Grand Prix for my commute to the big city. I've never
been disappointed with any of my purchases and your staff has always gone
beyond the call of duty. Thanks again for the ride!

the price of the vehicle. Steve readily told me that the price was an
attractive purchase price, and that if I was comfortable with the

We wanted a 2003 Saturn Vue, and Steve really fixed us up! My car was dead
and we were down to my wife's car delivering 2 kids to school across town,
my wife to work, and me to work. We had nothing to trade except our 3-year
old travel trailer camper (which was upside down in financing).

Hi Steve:
The Ford F-250 Turbo Diesel crew cab I bought from you with 146,000 miles
on it is the first diesel that I have ever owned. It pulled a 37 foot
14,000 up the grade from Salt Lake City, Utah to Evanston, Wyoming at 50
MPH - on cruise control. Then I got in “The rocking chair” with a group of
Semi's and pulled the Continental Divide at 70! She still runs sweet and
cool.
My neighbor commented that he would trust you with his “Pocketbook” and I
thought that that would be good enough for me to take a look at what you
had. Boy am I glad that I did.

Dear Gene, David and Mark,
I bought a Ford F150 from you about 3 months ago and drove it to Kansas.
Since then, I have done a few things to tune up the truck, replaced
fluids, the battery and the starter and fixed a leak on the power steering
pump. The transmission has some problems from time to time but I have
managed to work with it so far. Over all, the truck runs well. It is clean
and has no leak nor noise. After the tune-up, the gas mileage improves
greatly. Last but not least, I really like the look of the truck. I have
bought 2 trucks from your dealership so far and have been a happy customer
both times.
